That’s why we offer a 3-Day Refund Policy to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind. 3-Day Refund Guarantee If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your enrollment, provided the following conditions are met: Eligibility for a Refund:

  • The refund request is made within 3 calendar days of course purchase.
  • Less than 20% of the course content has been completed/viewed.
  • The request includes a valid reason for dissatisfaction to help us improve our offerings.
How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund, simply send an email to [connect@sharpup.in] with the subject line: Refund Request – [Course Name].
Please include:
  • Your full name
  • Order ID / Purchase receipt
  • Reason for requesting a refund
We aim to process all eligible refunds within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
  • Refund requests made after 3 days of purchase.
  • Courses where more than 20% content has been consumed.
  • Any downloadable content or course bundles that mention "non-refundable" at the time of purchase.
